1997 175 hp jet

just took my 175 in to have it tuned and and have everything set to speck and wont turn more than 4400 rpm,and they said they cant help me anymore.

I am wondering If you can check the compression on all 6 holes of this 175hp.

Yes on the compression, and oil injection system is correct.

Can you tell us more about the ''before'' since I feel that this rig ran more than this 4400 figure before the ''tune-up''. like prop, boat type, etc etc.

rpms turn about 5500.THIS IS A 16FT SEA RAYDER JET BOAT 1997. the fuel was bad and the carbs were full of crap and water, they cleaned the carbs and put new fuel in it. they said the carbs should be rebuilt. I don't think this is the problem, this will be my next step.
