260 power head
After a nice 80 mile run this past Sunday and almost back motor started to act funny and I shut it down and got pulled in. We pulled head off and number 5 looked like locating pin came out and ring rotated and got chopped up. I believe crank and everything else is fine happened in fresh water
1996/1997 mercury 2.5 260 no holes or welds , full dressed , needs sleeve and piston, I would re ring all or rebuild. $2600 for everything. Not including shipping. Also have lower and mid for sale. 786 263 1515 call me for further questions.
