Apology to Robby321
I wanted to publically apologize to Scream And Fly member Robby321, who had his account accidentally banned here.
During my daily sweeps of spammers and their subsequent removal, many times bulk actions must be performed due to the volume of spammers that this site attracts on a daily basis. Scream And Fly is an extremely active forum, and as such it makes a very tempting target for spammers. Although we have countermeasures in place in an attempt to filter out some spammers, the only way to eliminate the issue is to not allow any registrations here at all.
It was during this bulk-sweep of spammers that I accidentally flagged Robby321, which caused his account to be suspended from activity here. This happened on at least one other occasion, though the mistake was quickly uncovered and rectified. I had not known this happened to Robby's account, and as a result, I thought Robby must have had action taken against his account from Norris for another reason.
After a discussion from Norris and email from Robby, I realized my mistake and corrected it immediately. As a result of this I also revised the procedure for managing spammers through bulk actions.
I hope this will not happen again, and I will do my very best to make sure of that.
Sincerely,
Greg

Greg that was nice to do.
Don't think Robby or anyone was upset with what happened, we are all human and mistakes happen from time to time. Some of the spam bombs have been nuts lately so very understandable how it could happen.
Thank you guys for the fantastic job you do keeping this site the best in the world.

No big deal to me as mistakes happen...(ask my parents, and somehow they let me "live?" )
We all know Greg/Norris, others do NOT have as much fun daily as us "this side the puter" that we get away with! Thankless job their side.
But water over the damn and under the bridge now, so lets get back to our regular scheduled program.........(messing with Parker! )
