What carb for a 245 merc?
Ok, I've decided to stick with carb since it will better suit my needs and setup. I'm going to build a 245 and need opinion on what carb to use, should I try to find a set of 245 WMH carbs or WMV's or something different. I already have a set of WMV's should I just rejet and use those if so what size jets should I start out with? Thanks

i would they are the best carbs out there WMV 18 are 200 carbs and have some big jets all ready and the are increased jet size on 2 & 5

I have the 16's which I think are .072 in the mains. The 18's are around .080/.082 if I'm thinking correctly. Would that be a good starting point with the 200 size jets?

Should I mimic the jets that are in the wmh carbs that are suppose to be on a 245?
