I would say so, from 4th to 2nd in a half lap then to walk away from the field in the second half of the same lap, given more time, it would have passed that big E-Rude.

Remember...it's not a race,,,it's a demonstration.... sometimes everybody but Bill remembers that.

Those boats will not run without water injection on the stacks...I speak from painful experience, I ran a race in Maryland in the late 60's with an identical setup and the boat ran 80 into the wind and 30 down wind (I/L 6 stackers have no midrange torque without water injection)...and I only weighed about 140lbs at that time. Water injection went on right after that...problem solved.

Rich, haha! You beat me to it...loved Sunday's drivers meeting, when Bill was asked what the green flag meant, he said "why, it's the start of the race!".
