    anyone use nail polish instead of gasoila?

    RED Loctite is a little ''agressive'' I would use the Blue one.

    Old school trick always worked for us. We also used it on the inline 6's after tuneup to lock the max advance screws. Kept the home tuners honest and saved us a bunch of rebuilds for burnt pistons. Sir see that bright red nail polish on that screw the polish between the nut and the screw has been broken someone has had der finners in der work. Sorry no warranty !!!!

    I had ((before ) an Electronis repair shop AND I used nail polish to ''seal '' screws for loosening OR in Race engine (small bloc Chevy ) connecting rods bolts and at a few places ..

    My wife was always wondering where was her new nailpolish '' daaaaaaa ''
