    Yes.its a water proof material soft back side and a flexible durable vinyl, all was made well and sewn well. I will take a closer look when I get home as i am at work now. Its the photo

    Thanks Joe...My main reservation at his point is adding 3 lbs of snaps to the boat A tight fitted cover does look good though.

    The material is just like what they use for Tonneau covers. If you need more pics let me know. also there is a snap cover that would go in the back to close off transom area its white. That is included for same price. I should add that pic to the Thread maybe this weekend i will do that. I have a Valero and wish my cover was made with the same material. Let me know if you have any other questions.
