boat insurance

Just wondering who might insure boats up here in ontario. I do have ins. coverage, but thought i could do better on rates. While at the toronto boat show picked up half dozen brochures, been calling last couple days and they all ask if the boat will go over 55. all i can say is I hope so, and they don't want to quote on it. anyway if anyone knows who might quote on it that would be great.

What company are you with now?, because I can't find anyone to get insurance with. just wondering what you are paying and for what kind of coverage.

I have asked as many companies as I can find even the ones in HOTBOAT 1-800- hot bote and no one wants to even talk for under $1700 a year and if the boat is 21' or under and goes over 70 mph.there is not much luck in finding anything worth while... I am going to keep looking
