Lookin good. I appreciate the detail you put in your post. I've been trying to avoid splitting the deck from the hull on my vector but it's become a pain working under it and seeing yours I think I'm split it

Taking a break for the holidays. Will get back at it first of the year.
Had to make room for Julian's Big Cat in the back yard.

I got the top side done to day.
I cut up some of the DB1700 with a paper cutter to make quick work of it.
I mixed this and some Cabosil to make the putty for the fillet work.
I boxed in the splash well and this will get tied into the floor and transom with knee braces. thy will be one piece and extend out to make the seat box.
I will bring in the bottom and start on the transom tomorrow.

Only took 45oz of epoxy to do the transom.
Epoxy is the only way to go!!!!!!!!!

    Core is set.
Now time to start sanding the edges of the core so the cloth lays nice.

Got the core all contoured sanded so the cloth will lay nice. Also sanded the whole in side as I will cover the whole thing in continuous DB1700 cloth. should be three pieces from front to back.
Cut the cloth next and give it a wipe with thinner then go time.
