Thanks guys ~ Any other leads you may run across, especially if you have friends working marinas please forward? Many times moto-sails are simply abandoned or can be picked up for a song if you have the right connects. Those here on S&F aware of how deadly it is to stay, sell everything and get out now. You can always replace "stuff" but not family.
Others will not be convinced no matter how much evidence you give them.
