I posted these pics on my re-rig thread, but here's pics of my DBR 3.2 SS motors being readied for install on my 28 - for those of you that didn't see them.

Dale, what are the weights of the stock and DBR tuners? Get a fully assembled engine weight yet?

I will have a scale on them when we hang them in a couple weeks. I weighed the wingplates (15 #s each) so I know what to deduct for comparison purposes to stock 300XSs (501 #s) and 300Xs (470 #s). From the weight that the powerheads came in at (280 #s each), I think they'll weigh in right around 455 #s each - seeing as the 2.5 powerheads weighed 200 #s each. I'm using the same transom assembly/swivel bracket from my 2.5/ROSs and the 15" mids and 3.0 SM gearcases should be real similar in weight to the 2.5/ROS 15" mids and SM gearcases. I'm anxious to see what they really weigh in at, complete!

Glad you got that one Adam, because I didn't! My buddy Rik at Arneson just saw stuff about your accomplishments with the Argo and was commenting how badass it is! I told him about your Twister in the works and he was stoked on that too! He has a lot of customers worldwide and follows the X-Cat and Class 3C a little. Wish they had that 3C class over here..........
