She started of complaining a lot about me being out in the shop working on it but slowly she started letting up on it and realizing that im not going to sit inside on the couch and watch Big Bang Therory over and over with her.
I did pay my "man shed" dues tho.... changed the oil in her car last week.

So as the epoxy dries. Im turning my attention to the trailer. I got this trailer from the "doner boat" on post #5. Its a very well built traier using 4" structual channel and welded all over not a rivit anywbere.
the boat hainging from the trusses in the back room of the shop. I want toget all these stickers and rubber pads off of the trailer and paint it. I have about 3/4 gallon of black to use up.

It's going to be great when all finished, and you take her for a ride. She will love it.
Don't scare her with it.....and maybe watch TV with her once in a whileJames H. W2F a V-King... Want 2 Fly a V-King

With the boat on the trailer it sits only about 1" away from the fender of the trailer. Knowing it will surly get all banged up when launching and reloading. I figured i need some more room at the back of the trailer fender area.its got pretty wide steel fenders on it so i decided to cut the inside of the fender 3" at the rear and go to zerow at the front tofit how the Steam gets wider at the rear. So heres what i come up with . And started sanding off all the stickers and stuff

Got the trailer all sanded down and primered tonite. Stupid $35 quart primer was just barly enough to get it all done. Only bad thing was that the cheepo air filter at the gun broke in the middle of spraying. Thuss the air hose with 130 psi went snaking wildly all over the floor stiring up dust.

2 coats of black and 2 coats of clear. I added just a tad of Gold Pearl to the first clear to give it a lil bling
