Funny story involving my Dad
He's long gone now but me'n Mom were just talking about him, and how much we miss him, and what a funny sob he was. He never said a whole lot but when he did you'd probly wind up laughing. Second to Granpappy Jack he was the funniest man I've ever met. But I digress.
Dad had a heart attack (non-fatal) up at our place in NC, outside of Franklin. Bambalance came'n got him & hauled him to a hospital in Asheville. When Mom caught up he'd already been admitted to ICU.
Nurse led Mom (who's a retired RN) to a room containing a Mr. Campbell. Only problem this Mr. Campbell was a large black fella. Mom said, no offense but unless my husband's had more than a heart attack I think we're in the wrong room ...'71 Glastron V153 - Composite rebuild - Unceremoniously wrecked
