Of all the people that would happen to, Eric Bender would be my LAST guess. Of all the Rompers he has to be the most mild mannered, selfless, helpful, nicest guy of the bunch. Probably the reason you didn't see him is because he spends 85% of his time fixing, lending, giving, advising, towing, and making himself available for ANY need another Romper might have, especially the Yammy guys. His expertise is sought constantly by his "flock".

Now, I could think of about 20 characters right off the top of my head that I would EXPECT to land in jail........

Yep...the dude has international appeal lol. I'd love to have him up here for a run but I doubt he can get across the border now .

We will make up for it at the river run , I was whooped from no sleep and working around the clock so I could make it river run I should be in better shape

All I can say is that it was my pleasure to help out the guy that helps everyone out. If anyone was at the DMV with us, it was priceless. It was touch and go til the clerk admitted it wasn't Ice Tea it was stright up Bourbon! The guy that had BS Paperwork for a BS Old Boat, they let him register it with a blank notarized paper, we knew Bender was going home with new plates! Everyone is welcome to come back on June 21st for The Fun Run.

Let me say that the Sheriff could have impounded my truck and arrested me,but he realized after my insurance broker had fax over my history without interruption that this was a mistake and had they arrested me it was getting close to dinner time.Pete that pic is hilarious,yes I was on my way to give the jersey boys some shirts.the sheriffs hands where tied and I understand and appreciate him.this was in no way an attack on the go fast boaters as I see it .I will be back thank you all
