Rum Runner, great looking setup. I have a 25' Motion and Carbon fiber/Kevlar Daytona 22 with 300xs, 20" shafts with offshore mids. I love the 15" mid looks better than my 20's. I run in freshwater and have seen 110 mph with the Motion and 115 mph on the Daytona. I have only had the Daytona out a couple of times since rigging it so I am hoping for 118mph.
Just for comparison, I run the Motion with the Prop shafts 1 3/4" above, turning in and completely neutral, no toe and no trim, 6" setbacks. I set the trim level with the bottom and don't touch it all day long. I have to put the boat into a slight left or right hand turn and power through the hop. I run 15" x 34" three blade cleavers at 6050 rpm. The motors are completely stock. I really want a pair of Mike Nass Carbon Fiber cowls and DBR stage 2, (if they can get them to market). If not that, then Hartley F1 V8's, they are cool.

Start with some used bravos around 30-32 I bet they twist them up just fine. There are a few used for sale local you could try then sell if they dont work out. Nice thing about used is worst case scenario if you hate them you can sell them and get your money out of them.

I took that pic 2 weeks ago when they were unloading the trailer of props but there were still Tons of 24-28s when I was there last week. They were cleaning them and taking pics to go on ebay while I was going through them but they dont have 1/4th of them listed yet. I have to head that way this week I will check and let you know what is left.
Here is their Ebay store
