I was there. Weather was not optimal. Very humid and 65 degrees. We all could have went a little faster with better conditions.
Only four of us made passes and Gordon had his fingers in two of the four motors.13' Biel tunnel AKA "Flight Risk"

No, Gordons has limiter moved etc. With a better wheel theres more there.
I planned on making a few passes with my box stock 225 but found play in my pivot shaft friday and didnt have time to fix it. I dont like how the clamp was shortened so Im probably gonna throw it all away and do it right.
Great job

Not stirring the pot and is a great question.
It is not stock but is IS an E-Tec. Can't imagine how much time Gordan has into this thing but he has basically figured out how to make it think and run like a race motor and from what I know........, no one else has done this.
All E-Tec, hard parts and electrics. Can't remember last time I saw it whether it had slide front half or not???
Ask Baja Merc how hard this is to do. He is, in the worst way, trying to duplicate this project and ain't even close, nor is ANYONE else. Kevin has a ton of time into his too and he ain't a stupid guy.
I was thinking today, if someone walked up to Gordon w/a blank check, and really wanted to own this motor...... what would that check need to say??
I may go visit Mr. Montague and see if he'll let me take some pix's legally. I always take pix's when I pop in on him but they never make it past security on the way out!Last edited by Instigator; 11-25-2013 at 02:26 PM.

That's badass....I don't care what motor it has on it. That's a bad motor-scooter.

On to the next project....
