Building a new MONSTER boat garage

stucco on the interior walls, but what will finish the outside of the walls? I'm updating a block building, looking for some creative ideas other than painting it.

Stucco on inside and out. If you use the good adhesion promoter, you can put stucco over painted block. I have had it over the old paint at my shop for 18 years and not a crack anywhere.

If you dont mind the question? What does a building like that do to your property taxes?

The taxes are about $1000 for every $50k in assessed value. I put the cost on the permit as $53K, but I will have about $125K in it. It will add $1000 - $2000 to the taxes.

The stucco guys have been working here the last week or so. They're kinda slacking due to the holidays. My framer has started the rear room also.

I'm doing the back room with 2x6 framing for better insulation. It will e air conditioned and my rigging room. Us old guys gotta be comfortable!
