21' Oceanrunner proping
I just purchased a 21' Oceanrunner with a 250 johnson on it. The Johnson is a 2001 V-6 and it is hanging on a stainless marine bracket with approx. 18 1/2" of setback. The current prop is a Viper 14-1/4 X 21 3 blade. With 3 people and full fuel it makes 49-53 mph turning 5,600-5,800 rpms. Also at that speed the boat still doesn't seem to get up on the pad, there is about 1 1/2'-2' of hull still in the water. I would greatly appriceate any imput on setup. Thank you.
