Greg G Thanks so much for the graph! The boat is only 53" wide at 180lbs . It did about 38 mph with my modified 25 hp with stock cupped 13" pitch prop. The wood mockup pad I made (for patterns) is 5.5" wide and about 5' long. The bottom is a weird tri-hull with the center sponson already 4" lower than the much smaller outer ones. I dropped the pad over the center another 1". I was also thinking of shorting the outer sponsons maybe the 5' to the start of the pad. Just having some fun at my workshop on rainy days at camp. I'm open for any ideas. This forum is a world of info! Thanks again guys. Gary
