Thinking on this a bit, with the custom bracket work and your shifter does not go down through the tube now I expect you will have a try or two to see just how your mounts settle and if you need any spacers.
I am curious if my need for spacers on the bottom might be if I replicated any sag the original mounts had developed.Regards,

Yup, can't tell squat from the old ones once the bolts are pulled.
Can you see a shadow of the washers on any of them?
And thank you for enticing me to go into my lower mounts, the nuts on the front had loosened up and needed tightening.Regards,
Charlie North

I have antiseeze on mine, will be locktite next year.
Not conclusive but looking at mounts on ebay that have bolts in them, long front upper, short front lower. Might be able to flip the lower to loose the spacer.Regards,
Charlie North

Oh oh, I am wrong about the upper mount direction. In doing some shop cleanup I got my hands on the original mounts. The rubber washer is on the long end which places the short to the front.
Sorry on that and I hope you did not mount yours up yet.Regards,
Charlie North

Just got back from my local shop. They had several sets laying around with bolts through them. Short end faces forward (toward boat) for top and bottom mounts.

Thats ok. I dish it out, I gotta take it...
Thats weird it wont enlarge...Ill try again.
Im going to add some of that blue to the boat eventually and add it as a shadow behind the Yamaha decals on the cowl.
I also picked up a cowl to start cutting up (might have mentioned that earlier). Going to cut out all the sides and make a frame out of it then fill in with CF panels and paint it. Should lose a lot of weight.
Also have my tunnel tabs almost finished (you can see one in the pic). With the extra wedge and a little tunnel tab Im hoping it launches MUCh better.13' Biel tunnel AKA "Flight Risk"

I extended the water dump hoses because I had a lot of mist behind the powerhead at speed. If it doesnt help I will shorten them back up.
