Post A Completely New Outboard Cat - what do YOU want?

I've been having a discussion with Jeff Haag from Trick Powerboats, and he's been looking at the possibility of creating an all-new outboard cat.
So let's get some discussion on what essential features would be most important to all of you. Please keep this on-topic and if possible, discuss exactly which specifications would be best suited to you, if you were looking into getting a new outboard cat.

You may select multiple options in the poll.

I would love to see something that could be a total lake rocket yet big enough to poker run.

Just read it on the original post and agree, if you are building a 22+, or anything resembling a skater do whatever to eliminate the hop. lol

A center pod (Mod-VP style) would do it and make it more user friendly as well. Lake Trash installed one under his 20ft Jones with twins and made it a better lake boat.

Anyone who wants a center pod can go buy a talon or liberator. How bout something new, seems like those boys at LCB are on to something since they are easily 10mph faster then a talon or liberator with the same power.

No comparison in the ride between a true cat and one with the center pod. A little harder to get on plane but trim tabs will help with that. The extra MPH with a true cat are a plus also.

I'm thinking 20-21' with performance characteristics of an STV River Rocket. Basically a totally redesigned RR style boat with more interior room, better storage, and capable of 120mph with single outboard. What are you gonna do in the 21-23' range that hasn't already been done by Daytona, LCB, Liberator, Talon, Skater, Cougar, etc. ?

A nice fast bottom like a skater for sure, with the coolest interior/deck ever seen in a boat. Owners see the dash and interior/deck much more than the bottom. Great seating positions and good visibility, air deflection, big winners also. People want a boat that is impressive to ride in just as much as the performance of the boat.
