I built this '68 AMX for Caprice to run down the track. I made the bumpers, hood, dash from molds I made. Very fun project. Never dyno'd or raced yet.









I built this one 6 yrs ago. Still have it. I think it would give the AMX a run for it's money. SBC is wickid quick!! Snap your head off!! LOL!!!

WOW.. from track to street to water Ron you got it going on.. Street toy is awesome.
Ain't nothing like being blown. LOL
Was boosting 15 on the street with the vette than backed it down when I added the nitrous. 3.90 gears in both the street cars. Sky stays at 14.5 to 15 and that thing is a hoot to drive. 32 mpg, 12 second 4 banger street car. Vette is show, and go and more of a stepping out to dinner with the lady car. Cranking stereo's in both. Grew up right outside of Myrtle Beach and old cruiser guy here. Bought the TR21x three days ago, motor yesterday out of fla so have not got that toy put together yet but everything is headed to the house now so won't be but a week or two.









On the juice vettes whp'ing about 730.
Sky is just over 300 but no one expects that to go.. Thats why its a hoot to drive. Love tinkering, building,

Most tracks around where I live are 1/8th so changed the gears4.11s to 4.56, upped the stall to 6000, trapping 7400,
and brought the rail down to dead on 1.00 on the 60 foot, so that's my snap your neck toy.
940hp but I won't give up my old hard tail for a new heavier spring loaded, so I tip the scales wet, at only 1580 pounds in that ride.
Dart 498ci behind me in that one, and its small compared to most and a have a big motor but shes dead on the dial in round , after round by one number either way depending on the time of day, so I'm sure not puller her out and start losing races.
Finally got everything kinda color matched to. Just enjoy getting old and trying to say young.

This is actually a G8. I need to update my signature. I sold my GTO about 4 months ago and now I have the G8.

But yea they have a lot of people running Maggie's/TVS blowers in the GTO world. Both mine were N/A on stock heads. The black one made 457whp and ran 11.4s@122 and the red one made 476whp(never got to run it).

The G8 is in the 11s as well.

I'm loving watching where ford is taking the new mustangs. I ain't just all chevy here, and it don't matter what your ride is as long as you take pride in what it is.
First few cars I owned were Fords. Had three mustangs, and don't laugh or i'll show photos > 5.73 in the 1/8 mile pinto........ Full race car though..
Honestly i'm really tickled at Ford giving Chevy a fit now on the pro street production cars. (over 650hp)
Like the Dodge's to but they really need to put those cars on a diet.

Here my weekender, It has the Ford racing 550 HO Whipple kit on it. Never had it dynoed but figure its in the high 400s maybe 500 at the most to the ground. Runs a 11.6 1/4.

Sorry for the cell phone pics but here is my 1966 mustang coupe. small block 408 stroker / 150 shot / c4 / mini tubbed / rod & custom mustang II front end with coilovers, disc brakes, rack and pinion - haven't run it at the strip yet but its a blast on the street

My stepdad has an S197(06). Built 302 stoker with a 62mm Hellion Single Turbo kit. Makes 620whp. Back when it made 503whp on the stock block it was running 11.8s. So yea your Whipple GT should be making around 500. How many lbs of boost?
