Anybody currently have a Hydrostream Verado?
Thinking about one I saw. Anybody run one with a 2.4? Pluses, minuses? Thanks.

I know it's a pretty small hull, how did you think it handled? Same as the Ventura? Viper?

The ventura II bottom is one of the best handling hulls hydrostream ever made according to most...after driving one I would have to agree....a 2.4 should push it just fine!

Man, I'm talking myself into it. It's a bruiser type color scheme, price is right, aluminum trailer. Definitely needs a transom and full interior. States the floor was replaced, but I'm sure a core check will be in order.

It would be a good one to buy! If I didn't have a Vamp project to do I'd really look for one.

I might hear from the owner Thursday to go look at it. Kind of thinking it will work out if it's supposed to. The boat is local, but he is out of town til then. He has the title with him, that's a good thing. A title is always nice, in Florida any way.

I had a feeling that if I went and looked at it, it would follow me home. Well, it did.

Got home in the dark. It's a project, but I'll try and get some up tomorrow.

I had a Verado with a 140 Johnson. It was a solid 70mph boat. I kept blowing seals on the lower unit but I liked the boat itself.
