After reading several posts from the S&Fer's in Florida bragging about the weather there ......
And many more S&Fer's elswhere in the country wishing they were in Florida right now ....... including me!!!!

It obvious to me that Greg "HAS TO TAKE S&F TO THE NEXT LEVEL"!!!!!!!!!

Greg needs to find some land in Florida for a "S&F Sanctuary/Retreat" !!!!

You know..... a place for all S&F members to migrate too as this World degrades!

Requirements:

• Must be "on the water"
• Have a common club house for gatherings
• Clean bathrooms (for the wife!!!)
• Decent boat ramp/dock with available parking
• Of course..... Must be a member of S&F!!!!!!!!
• ?????? what else????

Maybe we could do a timeshare thing? hehe
Build a "true" community of S&Fer's!!!!! (Even the "HEATHENS" could come!!!!) hehe
