, all the best of luck in your transformation 
, don't worry about a lower powered motor on that hull, my 19 was underpowered, but I could stay "IN IT" much longer than some higher powered rigs capable of running faster because of the GREAT handling of these hulls, I've not been in a 20, but the 19 I had handled cross wakes and slop way better than any tunnel and I gave the "toodle-loo" wave to alot of faster straight line rigs 
good on ya, fun out

Thanks Kieth yeah I like my boats to be done right and good quality parts. The 20 is a great handeling hul. Its much wider and longer. When I had my 16 side by side to a 20 its amazing the difference in size. Im hopeing to break 90 on any given day with my 2.4 200. Should be a fun boat for me. I need to get back in action for sure.

Yeah, if you put a 20 and a 16 next to each other they don't even look like the same boat. Definitely can't beat the ride in a 20 Action when the wind starts to whip up.

Ok well Im bringing the boat back home today. Replaced the transom,deleted the splash well,properly repaired and old repair on the bottum that was done shotty,filled all the old rigging holes from gauges to cleats etc,replaced the dash board backing and reskinned the dash to accept all the new gauges where I want them,fixed all spider cracks and the entire boat is now in primer ready for Jack to paint the top and bottum solid Viper Red. The trailer also has been rebuilt. Im working a deal on a nice 280 from a freind and hope to get the paint done very soon if all goes well. I have to give a BIG THANKS to Jeff Connelly for doing an oustanding job on this project so far. Good freind and an even better glass man. Heres a pic I hope to have a few more up soon.
