Problem is, no one wants to spend money to go slower. Lets face it, we all want to go fast. Especially if you are already going fast, there is no turning back!

That man literally NEVER let's out, I've seen it first hand multiple times. Great driver, I'd run with or next to him anytime anywhere.

A brand new 150hp outboard can be had for around $10k. If you look at single outboard racing all of over the world, you will see that they are going smaller. My thought is that a 20ft hull specifically built for smaller power may change the market. It has else where. That was my train of thought. We are all entitled to our own opinions.
That's more along the lines of the Allison GS isn't it?

People will buy them used and try to put 300s on them

coen tried that lighter stripped down version that would move with small power no one bought them

I like your thinking! A 21 GS with a 300XS would rock. Seating for 3 in the front and 4 in the back and still run 90's!

Greg I built one and the market went to ****. A glass boat would start at 65 grand and go up to 80+grand with carbon. Not many have the coin for new purpose built boats.

Does anyone else just not really see the Nordic being in the same class as the other Challenger derived 21s? Ive run a few Nordic's they're real nice boats but always seemed more on the bling side than the hard core offshore side like a Progression, Superboat, etc

Nordic have changed ALOT since the Davis crew took over in 08 (or there abouts). They went from looking fast, and running just ok, to being fast, and looking great too.

An 02-03 Nordic has nothing to do with the boats they are building today.
