Help with prop choice
I have a 1980 20ft Bayon bass boat with a black max 200hp I currently have been running a 24 pitch chopper .The boat has a good holeshot and is running 67 mph on the gps at 6500 rpm I would like to get my rpms down and my speed up any help would be apprciated. This boat has a factory 14inch setback plate.I do have a 6 inch jackplate I could put on if anyone thinks it would help.

26 chopper? If the 24 is good for everything but you want a bit more speed and less rpm, more of the same? Or a Trophy or Tempest.

27 pitch Fury.....also, check your recommended WOT range, I think you are over the peak HP RPM?
