Best water you've ever been in?
What's the best clean, clear water you've ever ran your boat in?
In Northern Michigan, we've got some nice, spring-fed lakes with crystal-clear water and sandy bottoms. Torch Lake has been voted one of the most beautiful lakes in the world several times.
Here's my boat on Higgins Lake this past weekend...

Caladessi Island, Silver Glenn and also Wakulla River [just watch out for manatee-enviro-nuts with guns].

CLEAR WATER??!!.....WHATS THAT?.....
In my river, you will be lucky to see your feet if they are handing over the side of the boat.....
(Its not called the "Tar River" for nothing).....
It gets a little more clear in the winter when other boats aren't stirring in up so bad....but its brown water....it gets it color from all the decaying leaves and vegitation... and swamp marsh....JOHN MASON

The upper Keys outer reef line from Fowey Rock to Ceasars Creek. When the ocean lays down flat you can run south from Fowey Rock along the reef line and see the bottom 15'-30' down, crystal clear full of coral, fish, sea fans, sponges, etc.
