Best outboard drag racer in the last 20 yrs,

I'm surprised that the late John Wright has not been mentioned in this thread. I don't follow outboard drag racing that closely, but from what I know, he's been the quickest and fastest through the quarter in a wacker.......mid 7s/150+? And being from the West Coast, I'd also have to throw Dave Bush's name out there. Not only a great driver, but built the highest horsepower motors of anyone - and I've heard that from some of the best engine builders in the business.
