How Many Over, How Many Under 100 MPH?

On the Surface Conditioning thread, there is a debate as to how many of us run over 100. Some seem to think most of us do, JWT (and I) think most don't.

Cast your vote--please answer either way, so we see a fair representation. Performance boats only, please. If you love hot boats but are currently running a family boat, don't respond.

OK, I voted first. My best is 89.6, so I am the first No.

2 Vipers, HST, one Burgess. Have had others but they were sellers. Have a Vixen with a 150 xs but really don't need to try to push my luck there

Tried to edit my first post, but computer and I were fighting. To give credit where due, this idea came from johnboy88vegas on the Surface Conditioning thread, but he had trouble setting up the poll, as did I the first time I tried.

I bet most people are in the 80-90 mph range, but we sure do have lots of 100+ mph boats on the site.

Made it to 104.5 in my 21 Liberator with a 300X setup by Wildman. It's not something I do all the time ;>) It might have been more fun but my lake is SHORT!

80+ in your rig probably feels like 150. Especially the conditions you run that little hull in. I say you get a mulligan, call it a hundred and be done with it. HaHa.

I've had MANY 100 mph boats and have the time slips to prove it.

I was young and bashful back then.
Today,...I'd just knock on her door,..hand her the crab dope, and say, "Rub summa this on ya booger. I'll be back day after tomorrow".
