Lots of sand but no water. Ramps were good, let me re-phrase that, useable, on Tuesday. Today, not so much. I will try to make arrangements to use the boat club ramps unless water comes back up. Ramp at cabin has been repaired somewhat but I would only use it for something very, very light. I may try to get my new one ready but will not run it from Pekin as I don't think the ride would be very enjoyable plus it won't hold enough fuel to cover the 17 miles. This year I have a fuel tank I can have available if there is a need. Let me know if you want to buy fuel. See ya'll in a few weeks.

Went out and ran the Mississippit today with Steve with the new setback and SVS. I didn't notice any better holeshot or acceleration up to 70, but it pulled better between 70 and 80 and I have a new best top speed.
13.5" of setback, 200 EFI with SVS, raised limiter, 26 hydromotive OT, 88.4 downstream, 84 upstream...I think she is dialed in pretty good. Not sure if I was on the limiter or not. Might have to run the 27 on the river run to see if there is anymore...

Trim it as high as it will go then push the throttle thingy as far as it will go. You'll be fine.
