    Ocke Mannerfelt boats

Saw pictures on here in the past of Ocke Mannerfelt boats. Are there any B-23 pleasure or race units being used? Performance??? Would appreciate input from user as have factory info.

    Bat boats

I know of one guy who races one. He is very happy with it. It is the one design class, though, and it is a lot cheaper than racing a 30 foot cat with three outboards as he used to do before.

Over here, Bat boats are very popular and successful in the classes where they race. The only bad thing I have heard about them, and this was not from an owner, was that they sometimes drop their wing-tips in the water, causing nasty turns and sometimes results in the wing being torn off.

To ask more questions to Bat boat owners, go to www.svera.org and check out the discussion forums. You can post in English - people will understand.

    Key points from the video:

Can be converted from race to pleasure.

    They love the Verado.
