2000 150 ocean pro replace 2010 115 e-tech?
I have a 115 E-tech less than 100 hours available. I currently have a SACS 6.6 meter rib with a 2000 150 Ocean pro. The boat is propped tall and goes 44 at 4800 RPM. any idea how the 115 would run propped at max RPM on this boat?
Thanks in advance
Steve

The 115 etec will not have the torque of that 150. You will notice the difference.
Can't guess your mph at wot.
I'd look for a 130 etec minimum. The 150 etecs are strong.

Using a formula your speed with a 115 compared to a 150 would theoretically be about 38 mph. If you chose the 115 HO or the 130 E-TEC then you may be around 40 mph or so.

That makes sense (38 MPH). I fear even if I prop it light it may not plane well when loaded down.
Thanks
