    Lightest weight outboard engine

    Hi,

Can someone tell me who makes the lightest weight outboard engine in the 200/ 225/250 category? I want to put two on my 24 Jaws but am a bit concerned about weight.

The lightest are probably the 2.6 e-tec 200's.

A pair of Mercury Racing's new 200xs ROS- short shafts deserve consideration as well. The old saying, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" !!
