    I believe it. I removed the vro on my V8 and went with a Holley fuel pump and picked up 50 hp so I can see how boring the motor would give 5 hp per cylinder. I was told if I would have installed the Holley sticker that came with the pump it was good for another 5 but I thought it looked tacky.
