ok heres the updated pics. boat is compounded, polished and glazed. got some other work done too!
only deck hardware left to put on is the snaps and the rub rail. i wanted to roll her out and get some nice shots but i was too lazy to move the trucks out of the driveway

All your hard work and time spent in that tent outside in the weather, are paying off now! Your Shadow went through a unbelieveable transformation if you look at the first shots of it in the driveway, then those taken here. The boat is now better than new....Super Job Man!!

wow thank you guys for all the kind words, i appreciate it. i was outside untill 1130 tonight after work and i got the seat boxes faired, washed and dried the entire boat, installed all my gauges, put the helm in, and i even put the moulding around the inside of the cockpit. it was too dark outside to get a nice picture though. with any luck tomorrow i will be painting the bilge and starting to possibly put the rubrail on. i want to have the jackplate and motor bolted up and ready to rig by this weekend

Donat: i got the trim from barbour plastics, if your looking for it i still have about 60 feet of it. I had to buy it in 100 foot lengths or so. I will be running a 12 inch bobs hydraulic jackplate.
The bilge is all painted, i need to mount everything, put the rail and motor on and i am ready to rig!
