Thanks alot to everyone for the compliments! i have put a lot of time into this thing and rob has put a good amount of time in getting it in paint so it looks like new again and im glad you guys like the way it has come out so far! i want to have it wetsanded and polished by monday after noon, then i can start putting on all the hardwear and possible be rigging by the end of next week. i have a good mount of work left but it should go fairly quick, the worst is behind me at this point

You have to see the boat in person, pics do no justice. I give Eric a ton of credit all the days and nights out in the tent in the cold and hot weather. You are almost there buddy, cant wait to see it out there.

Thanks Keith and george! boat is completely wetsanded and once in finish sanding the hatch in about a half hour or so i am going to start polishing, maybe by late tomorrow afternoon the boat will have some hardware on it again. all i have left is polish, fair the seat boxes, put all the hardwear in , paint the bilge, gelcoat the floor, rig it and then put the seats in and go. i want to be boating in two weeks or so =)

i want to see burns on your hands from the heat of the buffer running all day

just make sure the pad stays on so you dont get a burn on your face

yes i am extremely excited lol

rob, i polished the whole hull and started on the top deck, im using a different compound than we normally use but its working alright. ill go over the whole boat with the foam pad and ill be all set

And to be correct, the whole buffer hit me on teh face, then i removed teh pad and launched it across the yard lol...

we still laugh about that day all the time haha never saw a wool pad fly so far
