good looking boat man, i just bought a 77 jetmate and im in the process of restoring it, one thing i noticed is thst it has a trim indicator in the dash and this caught me by suprise because ive been around jetboats all my life and ive never known one to have trim tabs but anyway i looked on the back and there werent any there i guess somewhere along the line they got taken off, you wouldnt know where to pick a set of em up at?

Does yours have a toggle switch on the gauge also? If so thats how mine is too. It's for the jet itself, as you toggle the switch to raise and lower the gauge works accordingly

I just bought a 78 Jetmate 2. The floors are very rotten. I love your pic of your new floor framework. I'm thinking I want to replicate your framework. What kind of wood did you use? Did you fiberglass over all the wood to bond it to the hull? Ill upload pics of my jet mate in the next thread.

Hey, I used 1/2" green treated plywood and green 1X's for the framing. Layed fiberglass to bond the framing to the hull and brushed resin on it all to seal it... It's been a few years now and it's still solid as the first day
