Can you believe I just got my magazine?

So now that I know which pics they chose, I can post the others. However, they are slides, so I have to put them in the slide viewer and then take a picture of them with the digital camera.

I don't have much time this week (Halloween coming up and just got back from a weekend trip) But I did take a few earlier - here they are:

well, I take that back ........ the only shots I had were digital pics that I already posted, plus a few aerial ones.....

I thought I had copied a lot more than that.

When I have more time I'll copy the rest of the slides over and get them on here.

No - that wasn't me.
Originally, Tony Wilson was going to fly me in his plane but his runway was short and the heat/humidity on Saturday made it dangerous to take off.

So his friend from Florida (Dick Meyers) offered to fly me in his twin engine Commanche on Sunday (See the appreciation letter in "Letters to the Editor" at the front of Hot Boat mag).

If you were there Sunday, you would have seen us circling for about an hour.

Were you the guys floating and swimming downstream about a 1/2 mile from the launch ramp? (I was in the Hydrostream) If so -- Yes! I do have pictures of you guys... they turned out to be nice ones too! I'm sorry they didnt make it into the magazine article, but I sent 6 or 7 rolls of film to Hot Boat---- they had a lot to choose from and couldn't possibly use them all. Sorry to everyone else who got left out too.

This week I should have some time to copy those to my digital camera. Ive also got pics from our Arizona Houseboat trip last week.

(I do have to write a newsletter first, though).

I'll post your pictures too.
