How do you find out if your mercury needs any updates or recalls?

Hey guys every once in a while i hear about a motor that needs a computer update or there is some kind of recall that needs to be done. I have a 2006 mercury fourstroke 60 that i bought new four years ago and is running just fine. I do my own oil and gear oil changes and spark plugs, but nothing else has been done and motor only has 175 hours on it. I never here from the dealer that sold it to me. So i was just wondering if there was a website that would tell you if there are any service recalls or updates that need to be done that i am not aware about? Thanks.

just take the serial no off your eng to any authorized merc dealer and they can plug it it there computor (Midus) and can tell right away if there is any up-dates or service bulitons for the eng..
