    21' Superboat Crash

    Pictures taken today...

    Before

    During

    After

Anybody know the boat? Apparently it was bought off of S&F a few months ago - running a 300x and about 12" of setback...

nice sequence. wonder how fast they where going..

I was out in my 21 on water that big if not bigger on the weekend and its amazing how easy that is to do.
put the nose up and the tail comes down smack bang on top of another crest and in you go.
thats why I looove my ballest

    hope everyones ok.

    Shizer,

I didn't think a superboat would come apart like that. What happened?

but...you'd be surprised what does come apart like that.
a boat same as mine in my pic had an almost identical thing happen in a ski race.
I think it was only about 4 years old if that with a 300sx on the back.

physics kicks our ass when it wants too.

Look at that setback. I bet if the motor was on the transom that would not have happened.

    wow T2x has superbionic eyes

Easy fix, hope everyone is ok, looks like she will live to run again. seems like trim was the culprit not
the setback. first shot looks like she was running pretty good, Level at negative trim. Hmmm call your prop guy
after you get her back together

In the last pic, you can see the rivets to the right of where the guys hands are on the hull.
