Ken nice rig looks really sweet!! I know you have a LOT of bucks in her!! Good luck with the sale someones going to get a real sweet heart of a boat. Real head turner! Your keeping the 280? You should trade me for my 225.

Hey James. I bought Mike`s old Charger STV back in June from Rick and that`s where the 280 is now. What a Hoot! I don`t want to sell the engine till I hit the (magical triple digits). I`m at 94 with a 28 ET that I borrowed from Mike. Its going to take a 30 pitch Cleaver which I`m on the hunt for now. The economy sucks right now, lots of people wanting to trade but definatly a lack of cash out there. The Hallett is a fun, cool looking boat. You don`t see many 1969 fiberglass semi flat bottoms anymore. Down the road I might consider swapping power heads but I couldn`t imagine selling the 15 inch sporty. Later Ken

Would be really interested to hear about your conversion process from a jet to an outboard. What does the bottom on it look like? PM me if you'd like.
