Congrats Mikey! Now it's time to concentrate on making your Progression hit the 90 mph mark. I think you should upgrade your 225 to 250hp status. Maybe even consider getting a set of 300 pm computers. By next spring, I should be close to the 300 hp mark (I have 2001 heads raising the compression to 121 psi, 2006 XS mid, Chris Carson reeds, and 300 PM ignition and fuel computers). However, due to the weight of my rig, I'll be happy to hit 80 mph.

The new owner did happen to mention, he will make the boat run faster then my 84mph at some point, and that it is game on for next season when i bring the progression out to play! Modvp- My motors just fine for now. I have been keeping my eye open for more power, but i will get 85-86 out of my current setup, and it is indestrucatble!

I will hopefully get to work on ours a bit this winter.Almost got this house remodel done,at least the up stairs and that'll make the wife happy.Ive got a few ideas for it some of which I meant to do last winter but didnt have a chance.Im basically gonna try the boat more efficient.I also want to look to see if theres a hook in the hull,mine seems to porpoise more then id like.Ill probably start tearing into in the next few weeks.Ill get some pics up when I start.

Wow, that was pretty cool, you were on fire! That 250 really performed; if you had the 300x you'd be out of there!

The lake conditions were beautiful, you were the fastest of the lot...very impressive! I wish it was half as flat here on the Chesapeake. Was that another velocity on your left...it looks like a velocity 260?

Yeap, that was a V260!!! we were running all in the 70's except for two of them that were doing over 100. my best # was 74mph. It was a blast!! Looking forward already for next season!!
