    yes

Well it has one side. The other is missing I did not know he was apart of red adar racing I really don't know a lot about him mostly what u guys have told me but I am a speed freak and I would rather go fast then get there quick. But the only kind of racing we have around here is drag racing. I would rather cut corners and haul ass

if your on a budget go with a chevy engine ,the fords cost twice as much to purchase and aquiring parts is like a treasure hunt. I'm not sure what the originals near me are worth but if they were my engines I would be looking for about 7k. these are drop in's. here's apic of the last mandella rigged, took out the L88 and dropped a 327 and two speed powerglide in,obviously not for racing now, just pulling a lot of skier's

My Dad John Strader used to Drive for John Mecom. I don't know which boat he drove, but remember going to races and sitting in that boat. I got to meet Red Adair and other characters of the day. Propellers would have been done by Bauman Propellers here in Houston. We probably have some pics, I would have to go through my parents pics. He drove and worked on the boat and should be back from vacation next week and could answer questions if you like. jkstrader at gmail dot com

I do not know Langley or any one associated with Mecoms boats. One of his boats is under restoration in the Carolinas.
