    Painted to Match

    Albert--

I have always hated the idea of painting an outboard motor any color other than the original colors and decals. However, I inherited my Eliminator with the painted to match motor. In this case, rather than having a big white refrigerator on the back, it kind of makes sense to have done this:

    Per Rock:

"Once I bought my first Hydrostream boating changed forever for me."

    Per my hero Instigator:

"I try not to let common sense interfere w/my boat buying decisions."

i feel the same way pat,but when i woke up and seen that cowl on my motor it made me think. i would hate to wreck a good cowl to paint to match boat, but if i could find one with damage and fix it. it just might look great. i keep looking back at that white and blue on that cowl on my boat and going yup the omc boys did have a good idea when they put that cowl on my motor lol.

The picture is all Greg--he takes great stuff! Funny thing is, he was apologizing after taking that because he didn't have his "good" lense. He is amazing with a camera.
