    Greg, I couldnt wait for you to sell me yours so I had this waiting for me last week when I got home. Its the bnf Super Cub. Its to windy here this weekend so I think Im gonna do a Krylon yellow J3 cub like paint job but keep the blue decals instead of black. This thing flies to amazingly simple !

    That's great Bud, I really like my Super Cub. It practically flies itself. That would really cool great in "Cub Yellow" - I can't wait to see it.
    I fly my J-3 early in the morning when I can, and it's been great. I just wish it had a bit more power - I may put the UM P-51 motor in it. Did you try your Madhawk yet?

    Paul, that tooth-pulling video is funny and disturbing at the same time.

    ive got the parkzone mini one, that little j3 is whoopin my butt, flown (well you could call it that) 3 times, crashed more than ive flown, durable little cuss when you fly over grass....i'll get the hang of it sooner or later, hope the plane survives it

    I was flying the mSR at the park yesterday in gusty 10 mph winds, weaving figure-eights between small trees. It's almost more fun when there's some wind. Soon I'll post some new video clips showing how insanely crazy fast I fly this little bugger outdoors...

    Wile E, take the J3 up high, real high. You cant get in trouble up there, and make sure there is no wind what so ever untill you get the hang of it. I had the same problem you had for the first 2 or 3 flights.

    That's really cool. I've flown my mSR outside a few times too and it's a lot of fun. I really like that helicopter. Lately I've been flying my SR a lot more though - that heli is awesome. I ordered a cheap Honey Bee CP to learn inverted flight on since they're very inexpensive to repair.

    I also took my Raptor G2 up for a flight and that thing amazed me how stable it was.

    Go to your nearest local independently owned hobby shop and ask for the E-Flite Blade mSR. You'll love it.
    They are a set-price item ($160 with Tx) no matter where you buy, so you can keep your business local.

    I re-built mine today after a serious crash, with all new motors, new frame, and new canopy. I moved the light kit onto the new heli and it still weighs only 28 grams. Much more rpm's and power than before.

    I flew my Align 500 the other day. I changed the pitch curve. I hovered around over my drive way showing it to a buddy of mine. It was kind of spongey in middle stick (collective), but I did okay and flew almost a full battery through it.

    I am still dialing it in for the pitch curve. I was trying to make some “slack” or exponential for the collective like you can adjust on the cyclic. I flew it today as I replaced the torque tube tail with the belted tail (near ground experience…. a few teeth missing off gears…. It was clicking… )
    Much better! I got the tail dialed in right away. When I say “dialed”, I mean trimmed. There is a “Sub Trim” option on my TX, so that is where I set my base…..
    Anyway I could take my left hand off the radio and hover it… I see a crash coming up soon!

    My little heli is kicking my butt. My 12 year old daughter can fly it but all I can do is hover it as soon as I try to go a direction I crash and she laughs at me. Even the dog knows enough to leave the room when I am trying to fly it.

    Question Question about flight simulator....

    I finally got my jet together the other day. Had to do some out of the box mods to make it right. The rear Elevator linkage was to thin for the length it was and one side didn't have a reverse servo so they bent the linkage on that side making for even more flexing. I used carbon tubes on both sides to make them rigid and soldered a brace in the bend so now both elevators trim the same when you push up or pull down on the stick.
    (Question about flight simulation) How realistic is it compared to the real thing if i pick a afternoon with no wind in percentage scale please??? I pretty much have the simulator mastered. I started with the chase camera setting and then went to the stationary ground setting which would be realistic.
    The landing took some time but i can take off loop over inverted, spiral back upright coming back in towards me and land smooth as silk without having to try and get lined up from way out there. I can bank and land, fly inverted very well and turn around inverted..no problem! I can land every which way but loose now! I can even come in blazing and set this thing down perfect. I can even take off pull back in a loop and land at the bottom of the loop! AM I READY for a maiden voyage? The change in directions dont seem to confuse me anymore neither. The only trouble i have anymore is when i get out to far and cant tell the position of the plane.
    I'm just curious if the difference with the real thing will be drastic or just minor ?
