Fair enough, still curious about why it will hover perfect one flight than not the second. your suppose to be able to let go of everything but the throttle and it should come to a halt and hover, right? Im on my way over my hobby store for a mcx body and let them try to trim/tune the mcx. I never bought the falcon 40, but ordered the madhawk from x heli after reading the reviews. should be here tomorow, than will probably sell the msr. I have way to much fun with the mCX inside the yacht and the house chasing the cat around

My original yellow body is holding up well except for a 1" tear down the front windsheild, but a 1" piece of scotch tape fixed that, but i was bored after that and shot some silver paint on it and=

Cool photos - I always like the photos that freeze the rotors. It just looks so strange and cool.

I've recified the TBE many times, and it's not hard. Just check your swashplate and flybar. If the flybar is worn down in the middle, that could cause it. Also, make sure your blades are not too loose or too tight. Finally, give it a bit of forward trim, that should help tremendously.

I took the mSR to my hobby store, they took apart the head, it was missing a o ring on the shaft, replaced it, trimmed it, evan adjusted a push rod(it was pulling it in to tbe) i can now hover it around inside my house almost as easy as the mcx. i think ill be hanging on to it!
I never saw the stopped blades until you pointed them out, pretty cool

Flying the mSR around the music store with on-board video camera.
I gave my co-worker Chris a dive-bomb at the beginning, a few seconds later he pays me back by trying to swat me out of the air.

Hey Chad, what's that flying V on the wall?

There's two Gibson Faded V's, and an early 80's Cort with Carvin M22 pickups.
I lost TWO mSR boards again tonight. The first one lasted a week. The second one lasted 10 minutes. I've discovered a physical design flaw in these that causes them to self-destruct from vibration and impacts. Can you spot the problem?

Well, I finally got my CopterX 450 back together. I crashed it last week, and it took some time putting it all back together. I just finished painting the new canopy last night..it turned out ok I guess. It was windy today, but I managed to get out and run a few battery packs through it.
I got a few shots of it......and had a friend snap a few when I was flying it.

I'm getting fed up with the durability of the mSR electronics. It can't handle crap for vibration and impact, and the servos are mounted right on the fragile board. This isn't working. I want something better, but I don't want a full-sized heli because I enjoy flying fast, tight figure-eights in my front yard. Should I look at a Walkera 4G6? Maybe a CopterX 250?

Chad, do yourself a favor and fly the Blade SR. Give it a quick flight and I think you'll love it.
By the way, this is a totally stock SR:
