    Hey Carl,

I'm cool with your bench racing, but talking down others in the attempt to elevate ones self is very telling of character. Don't you think?

You and I have never directly done business together, so whats the problem. Exactly what unattainable speed claims are you referring to? I can back up all claims made by SCB rigged boats.

By the way, when was the last time you saw my molds? Heck, when was the first time? Your welcome to vist my shop any time to see for your self.

SCB love the f22, I was planning on looking for an older f20 talon as my next flats/bay boat for next year, but now it looks like I have something else to choose from. I looked at your website but dont see specifics like draft, speed, HP rating etc. Got any dealers in FLA?

SCB, hats off, sweet looking rigs for sure, very sanitary! is a stingray another model not shown in your website? it seems to be a shovel nosed as the other 2 are pickle forked, is the stingray a tunnel? so far I see 4 different companys boats on this thread, who's who? you guys sound like you all know each other, Texas based companys? can I get one of those seat bases pictured in the stingray, or perhaps Tom make me one???? lots of nice work!!! fun out

Now Eric! Why would I care to see your molds when I have already owned the finished product? That boat I bought from your factory sponsored guide was an overweight by 500#s and the bottom was as wavy as Chris' Haynies! The gelcoat was powder and was falling off! What's up with the sudden interest in shutting me down?I thought you and Chris were wanting to play now that I'm back to Saltwater fishing? As far as seeing me in Baffin this winter, you aint built a hull that will run with the Majek.Let's do it!

    ...well any way...

    Thanks for the positive replys.

Tom: I use a local alum fab shop (Kemah TX) and a this point very happy with the work.

rbodine: I will be shipping an F-22/300XS out to Fla in early 2010. We can set up a demo if interested. Spec on the F-22 are on my web site under the "Models" page. Click the PDF link at top right.

Mr Fun: The web site has not been updated w/ the Stingray at this point, but it too is a mod-tunnel bottom with the pickles filled in for more front deck space. Hanyie, Majek & SCB are all Texas built. I can ship you a seat frame if you need one.

Call or e-mail anytime for more info.

Fun and Rbodine?BE CAREFUL with this guy!I swear I've owned one and they WILL NOT DO WHAT HE CLAIMS!The hull weights he has listed on his site are fictitious at best.He claims they weigh 1200# and mine weighed 1650#.I bolted a fresh 335 Simon on it and it only ran 85mph!Same motor ran 108 on my Bullet a week prior! He told me my motor was worn out! This same guy posted today on his own board that his 22ft Stingray ran 79 with a 225!This dude does some good drugs! On my boat the gelcoat was falling off!

    It was actually 79.2(GPS).

225 Sport XS, 26" Pro ET, 6000 RPM, 15 gal fuel.

Love this cool dry air were having on the Texas coast right now.

Ran a demo on Monday in same boat w/ 24" Bravo One managed 74 w/ (2) onboard.

This hull weighs 1650# including a 8" Bobs Jackplate. (per Certified Dyno.)

It's good, but not great. Whats the big deal?

BTW: Pulled the 225 off tonight awaiting the 300XS

Guys, The speeds that you are talking about are good for a 22' boat. Down here in fla, the 20' Lake and Bay flats boat is one of the fastest V-hull true flats boat (not a bass boat). With carbon fiber lay up and a 300 merc they run 90 mph plus... Check out LAB17,s boat. A 17' boat with a 225 merc. It runs an honest 90+. He is a member on here....Try jumping on a 22' BassCat flats boat with a 300 merc, they run close to 100 mph... My own little home made flats boat will run 80 with a 225 merc and a 28p lightning. Speed is all relative to weight and horsepower....A better way to rate a flats boat is draft, fishability and toughness. Lets see your livewells and DRY storage lockers. And I dont approve of the plastic locker lids that I see on some of the lower entry level flats boats...They are a cheap shortcut to help the builder get the boat out the door. Glass lids and working drain channels are the standard around here.. Also what will your lite weight hulls look like after 5 years of hard fishing? Show us some boats with a few years on them.....

All SCB's utilize molded inner decks w hatch gutters and drans.

The last two pics are my demo Stingray w/ 800 hrs. Just sold it with a new hull warranty of 5 years.

No short cuts at SCB, and priced accordingly.

That's what I expect to see from a boat builder with a commitment to the highest quality possible. Your stuff looks great. No spatter finish, or plastic hatches... Years ago I sold Action Craft boats in Texas, hard to compete with the scooter boats that ran in 6" of water, but we sold a few. Keep up the good work, and good luck with the sales #s...
