Oct 3rd and we already had our first dusting of snow

I put the stream away 2 weeks ago and the sleds are out and readyto go.

MY brain reads that as " We already got half a foot of snow, and the lakes are ready to freeze" Makes me feel better about myself

But im headin to christina lake next weekend, 1 more weekend, weather is supposed to be decent, hopefully ill break 81 and not feel so bad about having 3times your power and still goin slower then you

My sled is 145HP tops out at about 118. They cross water pretty good to

If i couldnt boat i would sled, second best speed rush without seariously breaking some laws. I miss seddin all winter long on our lake out east, Makes the winter go by really quick. The street bike was fun, and bc has alot of really good highways with little traffic, but looking back now, being a hundred kilometers from the nearest town, passing 1 car every 5min and driving a the speed of light through the badlands...not so smart

Sorry if I upset you in some way. I was merely stating a fact.

Just took this pic of my back yard. Even my flowers are still nice, strange for October.

. If we were we would not do half of what we do like crossing water in the middle of winter

IMO only idiots cross open water in winter time.
Your lucky if they find your dumb a$$ in the spring around here if you fail to make it.

Your entitled to your opinion. so Im just guessing but I assume you have crossed some

the crossing we do is in less than a foot of water. Not real worried about it.

A foot! Thats no biggy. I'm talkin areas that are 200'-300' deep and miles across.

And yah, I've done it and just don't like the feeling of my butt hole being that tight.
My last sled was a 2001 1025cc 300hp Aerocharged Mach Z with a 1" long track and I still would peel off when the guys I ride with went for it. Usually every year theres a few who don't make it around here. I've also buried friends that failed and have friends that have also lost buddy's doing it. It's just plain stupid anything can happen. Thats why they call them snowmobiles.

Absolutely every year I see more fatalities from reckless drivers. God knows I do my share of livin on the edge. We hit some of the trails like the old railroad beds and travel them at 80-90 MPH but if I am not comfortable with the area i am in I will calm down. Riding hard is just adictive
