    action 19 chine walk??????

    I have an Action 19' with a 2.5 carb motor with a mazco re4 28p and i am experienceing a bit of chine walk at 70-75 sometimes i can get the boat to drive through it and settle and others it keeps doing it up to and through 80 plus... th prop shaft is above th pad ... it wierd sometimes its straight as an arrow and flys perfect other times it will just have the walk.... any thoughts..

    Could be a setup issue, I don't think many people run 4 blades on that type of hull. If the boat runs true at times, it may just be an experience issue, once you get more seat time, the problem will go away on it's own.

    cool i was hoping it was just a seat time issue.. cant wait till it goes away... this boat is fun!

    check the looseness of the steering system. that will be the biggest issue beyond motor heigth. and do you have solid motor mounts[thats 3rd]
